I grew up competing. Table tennis wasn't a weekend hobby - it was where I learned to read patterns, stay composed under pressure, and commit to process over shortcuts.
Early on, I relied too much on talent and instinct - in sport and in business. I believed effort alone would compound. It didn't. That failure forced me to understand that consistency and disciplined execution win long-term.
Since then, everything I do follows the same principle: build with clarity and purpose. That's how I ended up working across three very different arenas - not by accident, but because the foundation is the same.
